Bartering for Berries in Burien
I had the opportunity to trade my soaps for a flat of local, organic berries from another vendor at the Burien Farmers Market recently. It doesn't get much better than this! I've also bartered my soaps for bakery bread, signs, and jewelry in the past.

Oh, the People You'll Meet!
I had a visit from several of the contestants of the Miss Washington pageant at the Renton Farmers Market last week. What a wonderful group of talented ladies! They made sure to stop in and take a sniff of my soaps before the big pageant.

Shiver me timbers, I was also visited by a Pirate and an Enchantress at the Des Moines Waterfront Farmers Market! Even though pirates can be tough characters, they still want to smell good. This pirate was intrigued by my Beer Soap. Too bad I didn't have a Rum Soap instead!

Saving the Bees in Des Moines
I had the pleasure of visiting with these fellas from Environment Washington recently. They're working hard on environment-friendly invitiatives to help save the rapidly dwindling bee populations. No bees, no food! I donated, and you can too by clicking here!
